Going to Choices is brilliant. Mum gets a break too and I get to get out the house and feel safe. I can try different things. Support is great and it makes me feel happy. I get help with things I need to and things to keep me calm.

My daughter has been going to Choices for life for many years. She enjoys the activities, especially baking. She likes the staff. I have always found them welcoming and helpful. During lockdown they showed how versatile and caring they were, using zoom, phone calls and Facebook to keep in contact and provide activities. You feel like part of an extended family.

We love Aaron going to Choices. He loves it and calls it his second home. He is always happy to go and very happy when he comes back. They have lovely staff, and we are really grateful how it kept going over the pandemic and all the activities during lockdown kept Aaron going!

Choices is attended by three of my young adults and meets their individual needs perfectly, giving each one the level of support and independence they need. They benefit from the choices of activities they are given and the opportunities they are given for social groups. We as a family would struggle if it were not for their places at Choices.
